This amp, again, will become a tried and tested classic. It’s just been redesigned with more powerful transformers to deliver immense headroom. The schematics are faithfully followed from the original DR201 from the very first Hiwatt line up.  Along with our DR201, the DR401 are bound to become the most popular heads that we make for bass. In fact, some bass players would swear by this for full on LOUD! The DR401 is the only head of its kind, the only British hand-wired to military spec super powerful bass head.
